| The purpose of the Meals on Wheels program is to provide a hot nourishing meal to 60+ senior citizens. The meal, daily contact allows frail, homebound seniors to remain in their own homes where they want to be. We take out a Messenger update daily and also do a well check.
We provide Transportation Monday- Friday 8:00 to 2:00 to seniors 60+ to go to the doctor, pharmacy, grocery store, beauty shop and whatever their needs may be. We also provide information and referrals for any other needs they may have. We also send out a monthly newsletter that includes health and nutrition information.
